Happy Holidays!
We will be closed the week of Christmas to give our staff a well deserved break and time with their families, therefore we will not be shipping any orders. We will ship on the 30th to all orders West of the Mississippi and then resume normal shipping the week of the 6th.

Cafe Partner Spotlight: Brewing Market

12 years ago, a Boulder cafe went out on a limb and stocked a new small business brand of gluten-free bread in their coffee shop. That company was Outrageous Baking, and that coffee shop was Brewing Market. Today I’m going to highlight the great things this little cafe has to offer, including an amazing 12 years of partnership with Outrageous Baking.

Brewing Market was founded in 1977 by Artine Yapoujian, an Armenian immigrant who learned the art of coffee in Lebanon. He began the company as a small booth in a building off Pearl St., and the Brewing Market coffee company has been family owned and operated ever since. This shop now has five locations in Northern Colorado and prides itself on its community-minded attitude.

12 years ago, the store manager — a wonderful woman named Pat — was gluten-free in a pre-fad-diet world. She was thrilled when I brought her a slice of our outrageous gluten-free coffee cake and asked if they’d like to carry our product in the store. It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship!

This cozy coffeeshop offers a mellow atmosphere where Boulder locals love to come relax, study, and meet. Their variety of beverage options include high-quality coffee beans roasted in-house in a range of varietals. Brewing Market sources its beans from small farms and work with local farmers to ensure they get phenomenal beans every time.

Not a coffee-drinker? Never fear. Brewing Market also offers a wide range of over 40 teas, including black, herbal, green, decaf, white, oolong, and flavored teas. These are available by the cup or in bulk for you to take with you.

Brewing Market also gets serious about giving back. Through the Beans and Bridges program, Brewing Market takes part in fundraising efforts to reduce poverty in South America, where many of the beans are grown.
