Gluten-Free Green Smoothie

A delicious smoothie packed with lots of vitamins and antioxidants!! Especially good in the winter when it is sometimes hard to eat that big raw salad!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk/ hemp/ rice just non dairy
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil it will be a solid but blends up well
  • 2 cups organic spinach cut stems off
  • 4 leaves of kale chard or some other green you like
  • 2 tbsp flax and or chia seeds if doing chia I would do 2 tsp
  • 2 cups of organic berries
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • fresh ginger optional I love It
  • 2-3 drops of Stevia if you like it a little sweeter.
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder
  • Cinnamon 1-2 tsp optional
  • try all different ways to see what you like best.

Instructions

  • Blend almond milk, spinach and lime (ginger if you like)
  • Then add other greens, berries, coconut oil, and blend for 2-3 min depending on your blender.
  • Add protein powder last and some stevia if needed.
  • Can also add your vitamins that don't have flavor like Vit d, minerals.
  • Enjoy!
