Gluten-Free Green Smoothie
A delicious smoothie packed with lots of vitamins and antioxidants!!
Especially good in the winter when it is sometimes hard to eat that big raw salad!

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk/ hemp/ rice just non dairy
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil it will be a solid but blends up well
- 2 cups organic spinach cut stems off
- 4 leaves of kale chard or some other green you like
- 2 tbsp flax and or chia seeds if doing chia I would do 2 tsp
- 2 cups of organic berries
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- fresh ginger optional I love It
- 2-3 drops of Stevia if you like it a little sweeter.
- 2 Tbsp protein powder
- Cinnamon 1-2 tsp optional
- try all different ways to see what you like best.
Instructions
- Blend almond milk, spinach and lime (ginger if you like)
- Then add other greens, berries, coconut oil, and blend for 2-3 min depending on your blender.
- Add protein powder last and some stevia if needed.
- Can also add your vitamins that don't have flavor like Vit d, minerals.
- Enjoy!
