Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Cutouts
- 3/4 cups butter or butter substitution
- 1 cup sugar (I use palm sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups Outrageous Baking Gluten-Free Flour Mix
- 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt.
- Chill for an hour. If you’re in a hurry and need to roll them right away, put a little more flour on your cutting board and on your rolling pin and it works great!
- And, of course, decorate how you like!
- Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes depending on how brown you like them!
why do you give a recipe and not the instructions for that receipe?
Hi Nan, It looks like only part of the recipe transferred when we updated the website last month. Here are the instructions: Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. gradually add flour, baking powder and salt.
You can chill for an hour. If you’re in a hurry and need to roll them right away, put a little more flour on your cutting board and on your rolling pin and it works great!
Oh, and of course decorate how you like!
Bake at 400 6 to 8 minutes depending on how brown you like them!
