Pizzelles
A delicious light holiday cookie, perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup of Outrageous Baking All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar I cut this down from original recipe which was 3/4
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla or anise extract
Instructions
- Place flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
- Mix eggs, sugar,vanilla, slowly add meted butter.
- Add flour mixture until just combined.
- Heat Pizzelle iron and grease it.
- Drop 2 tsp of batter in the center of the iron. Close lid and lock.
- Follow instruction of your iron when cookies should be done, most likely it will be when he green light comes back on.
Notes
Warm Pizzelles may be wrapped around a dowel to make cannoli shells.
